We Are Listening
When someone calls about a personal matter, they are often trying to explain a difficult situation in one conversation. That kind of story does not always come out neatly, and it should not have to. We do not rush that first conversation, because what may sound like too much detail is often where the case begins to take shape. Some things cannot be shortened without losing what matters.

Cases We Cover
Cases We Cover

DOMESTIC SITUATIONS AND INFIDELITY CONCERNS
Domestic situations are rarely as simple as one argument or one bad night. By the time someone asks for help, the relationship has usually become harder to live inside than to explain from the outside. Our work is to quietly document what is happening so the client can stop being pulled back into the same arguments and start making decisions from facts.

PERSONAL SAFETY/STALKING & HARASSMENT

MISSING OR ESTRANGED FAMILY MEMBERS
Missing or estranged family cases usually come down to whether the information is still current. A name, old address, phone number, or rumor may feel like a lead, but it has to be checked before the family can rely on it. We help sort through what is outdated, what still connects, and what can actually move the search forward.

STRANGE OBSERVATIONS OR GOINGS ON
Strange observations usually need to be handled carefully because the concern may be unusual, but the person calling still deserves to be heard. Some situations turn out to have a simple explanation, and some are not something an investigator can ethically take on. Our job is to listen respectfully, ask the right questions, and determine whether there is a real-world issue that can be looked into.

FAQ
Meeting the Expectations
Clients sometimes come in with ideas shaped by television, movies, or things they have heard from other people. We try to be clear about what is possible, what is legal, and what an investigation can realistically provide, so expectations are grounded before the work begins.
Question: Can a private investigator help me in an Oklahoma custody case?
Answer: Yes.
An investigator can be useful when the concern needs to be shown clearly instead of argued back and forth. We help gather and organize information so your attorney has something more concrete to review.
Question: Can you tell me what to file in court?
Answer: No.
That is legal advice and belongs to an attorney. We can help you understand what information may matter, but we cannot tell you what motion to file or how to argue your case.
Question: Can an investigator help with a protective order situation?
Answer: Partially.
A protective order is handled through the court, and a judge makes that decision. We can help you get organized, understand what details matter, and move through the process with a clearer path forward.
Question: Can you enforce a custody order or protective order?
Answer: No.
Investigators do not enforce court orders. That belongs to law enforcement and the court. We can help with information-gathering when there are concerns about violations.
Question: Can you testify in court?
Answer: Yes.
If needed, an investigator may testify about work they personally performed or things they personally observed.
Question: Can you help if the other parent is not following the parenting plan?
Answer: Yes.
When the concern involves repeated behavior, exchanges, living arrangements, or parenting-time issues, we can help clarify what is actually happening.
Question: Can you investigate domestic violence concerns?
Answer: Partially.
We do not step into active danger or replace law enforcement. If the concern involves an ongoing situation that needs to be better understood, we may be able to help carefully and discreetly.
Question: Can you help show whether a co-parent is actually following the parenting plan?
Answer: Yes.
Parenting plans often come down to what is really happening outside the paperwork. We can help determine whether the situation matches what has been ordered or represented.
Question: Can you help if I believe my child is being left with someone unsafe?
Answer: Yes.
If the concern can be looked into lawfully, we can help identify who is around the child and whether the situation matches what you have been told.
Question: Can you help prove where someone is living or staying?
Answer: Yes.
In custody and domestic matters, a claimed address is not always where someone is actually living. We can help verify whether the information being presented is accurate.
Question: Can you help with concerns about alcohol, drugs, or unsafe behavior around a child?
Answer: Partially.
We can help when the concern can be investigated legally and safely. We cannot force testing or enter private property, but we may be able to help determine whether the concern has support.
Question: Can you help if my ex is bringing a new partner around my child?
Answer: Yes.
If someone new is around your child, we can help identify who that person is and whether there are background concerns worth discussing with your attorney.
Question: Can you help if I think someone is stalking me?
Answer: Yes.
If the concern involves repeated unwanted behavior, we can help you understand whether there is a pattern that can be explained clearly to an attorney, law enforcement, or the court.
Question: Can you help if someone keeps showing up near my home or work?
Answer: Yes.
When the same person or vehicle keeps appearing, the issue is whether it is coincidence or something more deliberate. We can help look at the situation carefully and determine what can be supported.
Question: Can you help identify who is behind unwanted calls, messages, or online harassment?
Answer: Yes.
In many cases, there are details that can be followed if they are handled correctly. We look at the calls, messages, accounts, timing, language, and available digital traces to help determine where the contact may be coming from and what can be done next.
Question: Can you help locate a missing or estranged family member?
Answer: Yes.
Many of these cases begin with old information that may no longer be reliable. We can help determine what is outdated, what still connects, and what may move the search forward.
Question: Can you help find a homeless or transient family member?
Answer: Partially.
These cases can be difficult because the person may not have a stable address or phone number. We can look for current leads, known areas, recent connections, and information that may narrow the search.
Question: Can you help with adoption-related family searches?
Answer: Partially.
Some adoption-related searches can be helped through public records, family connections, online research, and available background information. Other parts may be restricted by law or require formal legal steps.
Question: Can you help if I believe someone is taking advantage of an elderly parent?
Answer: Yes.
These concerns often involve subtle changes before anything obvious happens. We can help identify who is around them, whether the situation has changed, and what information may need to be brought to family, an attorney, or authorities.
