SURVEILLANCE

Professional Surveillance and Digital Intelligence

In a world where the truth is often hidden behind closed doors or encrypted screens, we provide the clarity you need. By blending elite field tactics with sophisticated digital intelligence, we ensure that no detail goes unnoticed—delivering the facts with precision, total discretion, and full compliance with Oklahoma law.

Our Areas of Expertise

Infidelity & Domestic Matters

Confirming or dispelling suspicions of a cheating spouse. This evidence is often used in divorce and child custody proceedings to prove “fitness” or “conduct.” We often bridge the gap between a subject’s online behavior and their physical actions to provide a complete picture.

Insurance Fraud

Our most common corporate request. This involves observing individuals claiming worker’s compensation or personal injury to see if their physical activity in public matches their medical claims. We also utilize digital monitoring to see if a subject’s social media posts contradict their reported physical limitations.

Corporate and Employee Misconduct

Investigating internal theft, non-compete violations, or “moonlighting” while on the company clock. Our investigations look at both physical site visits and the subject’s digital footprint to identify undisclosed business interests.

Open Source Intelligence OSINT

Our expert analysts utilize a vast array of specialized OSINT tools and techniques to scrape public records, analyze social media footprints, track online behavior patterns, and uncover information that individuals believe is hidden or private. This pure data intelligence is often the missing piece, providing critical context and evidence without requiring physical deployment.

Surveillance in Oklahoma, Our Legal Framework

FAQ

Meeting the Expectations

Our clients often come to us with different expectations about what is possible during a surveillance operation—often influenced by what they’ve seen in movies or on television.  As licensed Private Investigators, we are authorized to conduct surveillance for legitimate purposes, such as gathering evidence for legal proceedings. Our priority is maintaining the highest ethical standards while navigating a subject’s “reasonable expectation of privacy” in both physical and digital environments.

Advanced Field Equipment

At Silverstone Investigations, we pride ourselves on utilizing the right tools for the job, from high-performance telephoto optics to advanced digital forensics. Our deep resource network ensures that no matter the complexity of the case, we have the immediate capability to acquire and deploy the specific technology necessary to uncover the truth.

These are some of the tools we use on a daily basis

LONG RANGE OPTICS

Our “glass” (lenses) allows us to stay blocks away while capturing crystal-clear facial recognition. With modern 4K and 8K digital zoom, we can read a license plate or a text message on a subject’s phone from a safe, undetectable distance.

ADVANCED DRONE OPERATIONS

We utilize UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) like the DJI Matrice 350 RTK. These aren’t hobbyist toys; they allow us to:

  • Maintain a “birds-eye” view from a distance that makes us invisible from the ground.

  • Utilize Laser Rangefinders to pinpoint exact coordinates and distances.

THERMAL AND NIGHT VISION

Traditional cameras fail when the sun goes down. We use:

  • Thermal Imaging: Sensors that detect heat signatures. We can see a person hiding in a dark wooded area or confirm if a vehicle’s engine is still warm (indicating it was recently driven).

  • Low-Light/Starlight Sensors: These amplify minimal ambient light (like the moon or a distant streetlamp) to produce high-definition color video in near-total darkness.

OSINT AND DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE

Beyond physical cameras, we utilize Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to gather evidence that never appears on the street. This includes:

  • Metadata Analysis: Extracting GPS locations and timestamps hidden inside digital photos.

  • Archive Recovery: Viewing “deleted” social media posts or historical versions of websites.

  • Cross-Platform Mapping: Tracking a subject’s movements across various apps to predict their physical location.
